Project RG provides AI-powered tools for content generation, including but not limited to:
- Text generation (emails, resumes, cover letters, etc.)
- Image generation
- Music generation
- Document analysis
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI features. Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without proper licensing
6. Content Ownership
Content you create using the Service is yours to use. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data from your usage to improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your input or generated outputs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project RG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
